I received an email last evening from my MaryKay Cosmetics lady inviting me to an event that her Unit was holding. It was just a simple text email with different color fonts for emphasis on each different section of information she was sharing. After I clicked out of it, (rather quickly because it really didn’t catch my attention) I quickly thought how much better this email could be if it contained a bit more information. Have you ever received an “email newsletter”? These are cleverly designed emails customized by the sender to give the recipient more information in a more detailed format. This could include images, links to external sites, etc. I have used this service for several of my past clients with great success!
One in particular that I like to use is called “MAD MIMI”. Funny name; but really great concept! This program allows you to customize emails and send to groups of recipients. They can include promotions, coupons, event calendars, etc.
